Updated Standard Trading Terms and Conditions of Contract
Please be advised that our Standard Trading Terms and Conditions of Contract (STC’s) have changed and the new STC’s will take effect from 18 March 2024. A copy of our new STC’s is linked below:
Recent changes to Australian Consumer Law have prohibited the use of unfair contract terms in standard form contracts with consumers and small business.
We have therefore had our STC’s reviewed and updated by our Industry Associations lawyer to ensure we fully meet our obligations under the updated Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that, like our previous STC’s, these new STC’s contain limitations of liability and indemnities in our favour and alter the rights you may otherwise have under the law. Details of key STC terms are set out on the front page of the new STC’s.
