Further to our recent bulletin on this subject, our China partners are still in plans to be back up and running Monday 10th February, most of the staff although not able to make it back the office at the moment are online at home and making preparations to move cargo once the Chinese Government makes appropriate announcements.
In the meantime to help progress shipments when cargo starts to move please get in touch with your manufacturer’s to check their dates for when production might be back to an optimum level and make it very clear with them as to which orders are your priority. If they can produce in line with your order needs it will lessen any impacts on your supply chain. Similarly to all of our customers please alert our customer service teams of your priority of orders so we can also have the necessary dialogue with the shippers. We are always here to work with you and in particular during challenging times it is important that our communication with each other is extended further, the more you can share with us on your orders the better we can assist.
