For businesses requiring office space, we provide customisable shared office solutions. Choose from dedicated workspaces with weekly rates or flexible desk space available on an ad-hoc basis.
Our facility is also equipped with a Colt Coolstream system, featuring a Natural Louvred Ventilator to maintain a stable temperature of up to 25°C. If temperatures exceed this threshold, energy-efficient evaporative units activate to ensure optimal conditions. Free from harmful refrigerants, this system is environmentally friendly and aligns with our strong commitment to sustainability.
